Peter J. Lauria

Peter is responsible for the leadership of the firm’s enterprise packaged software practices where he leads multiple teams that deliver consulting services to middle market and enterprise organizations in the areas of business software evaluation, implementation and optimization. He has in-depth knowledge of leading ERP and performance management applications, cloud deployment and integration strategies, and organizational transformation and process re-engineering solutions. Peter leads strategic growth initiatives to deploy and optimize business systems for clients in numerous industries and sectors, and provides clients support with comprehensive consulting, accounting and business transformation services. His responsibilities include practice leadership, client service delivery, personnel development and business origination.

Peter began his career at a Big Four firm. He has more than 30 years of professional and industry experience in the areas of management and systems consulting, public accounting and financial management. His prior experience includes service in various ERP consulting practices including leadership of multiple practices. In addition to consulting experience, prior executive positions include chief financial officer and director of finance.
